I have a 996 911 that has had both front seats taken out in replace of some Sparco seats. They're just sitting around now and I was wondering what a set of two good leather seats goes for.

 

It depends on which seats, color and where you are (the market in your area). Check ebay, craigslist in your area and set a price and see what happens. If they're just sitting around the have no value unless you let them go.

 

I would hang onto them, at some point you may want to sell your car and the Sparco seats will not suit everyone, also not having the stock seats to go with the car will reduce it's value and make for a more difficult sale.
