Okey Dokey,
Now if it's tire noise, go with Sumie's or Kumho, goood value and good tires. Have your alingment checked as well, Porsche recommends 2* toe OUT on the rears, go to nutral if you can.

I put Kanook on mine for under $800 four months ago. We got a $80 rebate on a credit card from them about 3 months afterwards. The cash topped the car up with gas a couple of times. The new tires made an amazing improvement on the road noise from the old worn ones.

Yes, rear tires wear fast. 10-12k on a set.

Inside edges wear fast. You may want to get adjustable toe control arms to get proper alignment.

Post your questions here, AFTER doing a search

I like the new michelin supervsports. Hear they last longer then pilotvsports. Put them on my rears and we'll see how long. Hoping at least 15k with no performance difference. Also 100 less per tire.

I've also heard great things about the Michelin Pilot SuperSport. I wish they made them in the proper sizes for the wide body cars...

Talked to a Michelin Rep at Porsche Tech Tactics. He said all sizes should be available in July.

That's good news. I love my Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s, but I've heard the Pilot SuperSports are even better and they cost less!

I have been on some other lists but this has to be the best one. You guys are great!

Update - new tires all around and noise is gone. Inside of rears showed wire and fronts were 7 years old so changed all out and took a run on a beautiful afternoon - what a car! Thanks to all !
