I need to pull a code and I don't have a scanner handy. I'll order one ASAP but is there a manual way to pull the code?

Answer....no, not that I'm aware.
The glove box readers are only $100. and give the generic ODB2 number and fault description (and allow you to reset if you wish).
That is still helpfull......not a Porsche Systems Tester2 or the new....but a start.
