I'm looking for real world reviews on the 997.1 Replica turbo wheels I see around. Lots of vendors are selling these. Any input (other than the cast vs forged OEM debate)? Do these hold up well strength wise and finish wise?

Have looked at these too, there are a lot in use in Europe and the board posters there reference their heavy weight and the clear coat peeling off quickly.

 

I run on my 996 Cab aftermarket 997 Turbo wheels.
Like told before the clear coat start peeling off on some spots after only one summer of use and one winter in the garage.
I cant tell nothing about the weight but for me they dont weight soo much.
I gave my ones today to my painter and he is going to paint them in glossy black !!
