First thing I would check for is vacuum leaks, or tears in the bellows/leaking near the hose clamps going between your throttle body and intake manifold. This could cause unmetered air to enter your system, which can cause the symptom your describing as more air is entering the motor than what the ECU is seeing by the MAF reading.

Could also be a damaged or gunked up throttle body, never a bad idea to pull and clean that.

Also believe the PCV system could be the cause of that, I would check the function of your AOS to see if it is functioning properly.

Unfortunately that code can be caused by many things, it is not as cut and dry as some codes. May take some digging around and testing various components before you are able to track it down. Start with checking for vacuum leaks, those always cause issues.

P0507 Idle air control at stop - above limit
Possible fault cause
Oil filler cap not on tight, this will cause a vacume issue and trigger the CEL code
- Throttle is jammed
- Leaks in intake air system
