When I log onto the forum the first thing I look for are updates to your "Bastard build". Mighty fine job! Looking forward to more videos.

Screw the pictures! Where's the video? Been following this build on LPower and somehow didn't see it on here. Congrats on getting everything sorted. Time to enjoy the fruits of your labor and drive it!

Always like wierd swaps. My brother's friend built pretty much the polar opposite of your car. Mustang with a 4g63 (2L EVO engine) and a turbo 400 trans. This was just tuning. It now has a bigger turbo and is running 8's.

What size tires are you running on the rear? I have a set of turbo wheels like yours that I just got in a trade and they look to be to wide with the 295/30s currently mounted. Wondering if a 285/30 would be better.

Hey Looks good,
I'm in the process of installing some solid rear suspension to body bushings (will post pictures on my build thread soon). Remember how your rear suspension frames would kinda hang just a little crocked when the car was on jacks. These make a solid not moveable connection. I've got one side installed and you can really see the difference. It's supposed to lower a stock car 1/2 inch. Not sure if it'll make the ride a little too harsh though. Got them off E-Bay, Torque solutions $145.
I've also picked up a center radiator, although not the larger Turbo type because of a miscommunication on the sellers part.
How much has your ride height in the rear changed since the LS install?
Don't know if I've mentioned it before, but I've never driven one of these before so I won't really be able to compare things such as handling.
Keep up the great work. Michael

Well I'm ready to join team v8 porsche! lol. I've got my motor listed in the classifieds and craigslist, so when it sells i'll be giving renegade a call. What was the wait time after you sent them a deposit for the parts? Also, did you use the stock fbod oil pan? Thanks! and awesome build!
