I currently have some sort of OEM aero kit that I really don't like. I'd rather have the C4 rear engine hood. What's my best bet to swap mine out for the standard C4 black rear hood? I'll post photos in a bit.

I like the "natural" beauty of the Porsche rear end.

I have a 2003 C4 Cab.

 

this is exactly what i did as soon as i bought my C4. it came with the aero kit and i liked everything except for the rear spoiler.

i ended up finding a rear deck from a 996 on ebay and installed it without any issues or any error codes. my car was a '99 and i bought a rear deck from a '03. good luck!

 

I think the following one would be fine but I can see it's in worse shape than mine...tough to tell without seeing in person.
