Question on buying/selling cars
Question on buying/selling cars
I have recently been looking to get a 996 turbo. I currently have an Evo X. I've been looking and looking and just cannot seem to locate what I want for a good price. I want a black/black 6 speed....not too hard you wouldnt think.
Anyways, I've been searching online and keep coming up empty. I see silver/gray ones all over...but I dont want to settle. I've been getting on here and looking at classifieds on this site and am seeing alot more cars that I would be interested in buying. My problem is I still have my Evo. Does anyone know of any places that will just buy your car straight out? I just don't know how I'm going to purchase a private sale when I still have a car/loan. I've thought about trying to sell mine privately, but I dont think I'd have much luck.
I'm just thinking if I can ditch my car then it'll be alot easier to find a car without having to worry about dealer giving me proper value or working around it should i find something privately.
Thanx guys

If you have a CarMax in your area they will as will the Mitsu Dealer, but don't thiink you'll make money, you will break even ie. get just enough to pay off the loan or make just a little.
Edmunds.com or Cars.com use to have a quick appraisal service that would get you in touch with dealers in your area that will buy your car.

Also Check out the Porsche USA site and look for a used P car there. That is how I found my current car.
