Time for new pedals.
Any pictures and comments on your favorite?
Does anyone make a carbon set?
Thank you all so much.
Ciao

I am in the market for a set too....

Anybody know much about these pedals that keep showing up on e-bay from Autovation? Seems like a good deal since the set includes the dead-pedal and goes for $99.99 - $129.99. Are they any good? Anybody have good or bad experience with them? Easy to install?

Thanks...

Tim

Another vote for the pedals from Carnewal(aka Gert):

The pedals mentioned by 03 c4s look good but a bit pricey for me. Check rennline.com, it's a bit cheaper, $175-185 for a set including dead pedal. I'm actually shopping around for one too.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you're looking at about a $150 difference between Gert's pedals (same as Ruf) and these look-a-likes! This isn't a VW your driving!

I apologize in advance to VW owners! I personally happen to like them!

Gert's pedal's look cool.

But, are the Carnewal one's fitted on top of the existing pedals or instead of ?

And is that the same for all if they are ?

Also are the black "knobby studs" rubber or steel ?

Thanks.

I believe they all screw on. I don't see any other way.

I have Gerts and I removed the rubber "boots" from the clutch(plastic) and brake(metal) and and screwed on the dead pedal and gas pedal over the existing.

The black dots/studs are rubber on Gerts. The Autovation look to just be holes.

I was waiting for someone to catch me on that!

Actually, what I meant is they are the same pedals as the Ruf pedals, but without the Ruf insignia. I paid 290 Euros (about $335) for the set complete with the dead pedal. Ruf wanted $500 for the same set.

This is no different then the Cargraphic pedals which are the same as the FVD pedals, but with different stamps.
