Y-pipe to throttle body hose clamp torque

Y-pipe to throttle body hose clamp torque
Anyone know the torque specification for the pressure Y-pipe to the throttle body hose clamps for an 02' turbo? These clamps are difficult to access and even harder to get to with a torque wrench. I believe the torque spec. to be 7 ft-lbs. but would like to confirm this.
