I went through my Indy shop but they do ground up restorations and utilize a very good body shop for the paint. They explained to me the numerous attemps to adjust the fitiment. It seems that the headlight brackets are not allowing for better fitiment.

We have installed over 15 here at our shop and in the last 18 months have sold over 100 worldwide and have not run into this fitment problem. Let's face it, if every single one didn't fit, we would have heard about it by now.

We suggest you look at our HD installation video on this exact part and once you see how to do it the recommended way, have the bumper cover re-installed correctly.
