What can Stevens Creek Porsche and Audi customers expect in the transition to the Penske Group?

If anyone has dealings with a Penske owned Porsche Dealership, I would like to hear your comments about sales, service, support, customer care, etc. It would be excellent to hear from someone that went through an ownership change experience with their local Porsche dealer too.

Good, he runs a top notch shop, his Lexus Dealer down here is unreal, they'll come pick up your car on a flat bed just to take it in for an oil change!!!!

 

i took my dad's mercedes ML430 for a warranty service once, and was driven home in a big white limo!! no kidding. always heard good things about them. too bad the ML fell apart right in front of our eyes!
