Brake and Coolant flush quote $400

I got a quote for a $400 brake and coolant flush quote from the dealer. Is this a good price? I got one for my Boxster around the same price, but I understand that the Boxster is supposed to be harder since the engine is in the middle. Is it supposed to be the same for the 911? I just don't have the time to do it anymore....

Sounds about right, based on 2 hours labor + materials.

The Porsche/Audi coolant is rather expensive. As an alternative, I put Prestone in mine over the winter. Of course, I had almost every coolant hose disconnected from the car at the time (supercharger install), so I was rather sure most of the OEM coolant was evacuated. If you track the car, ask the dealer to flush with a higher boiling point brake fluid -- something like Motul or ATE Super Blue.
