Need help with a P/N

Believe it or not, both of my rear license plate lights' housings have broken (the black plastic unit that holds the bulb and the lens, and snaps up into the bumber cover directly above the license plate). No idea how they broke...????

I have an '04 C2 (40th Anniversary). Anyone know the P/N for these two items?

If they're not too expensive, I'd rather replace them myself than go thru the hassle of a dealership visit.

Thanks in advance,

Matt
