2000 C2. Where is the Reverse light switch located? Anyone in LA that can help?

I put the rear of the car on ramps. I bought the new reverse switch (my reverse lights dont work).

I cant seem to find the switch? Where is it located exactly? Is it near the exhaust or much further back?

Im in Los Angeles. Anyone can help me install this thing? I have a double din install on Saturday with a backup camera and i need this fixed before then.

Thanks!

it's on the passenger side of the transmission, near the shifter cable inputs.

Towards the front. On the passenger side of the transmission/gearbox. Real easy DIY.

If my memory serves me correctly. Chock the front wheels. Jack the rear up via the LP trolley jack and lower it onto rear stands. Then remove the passenger REAR wheel (LHD car) Slide in there and you should see it. High up on the front of the gear box. Disconnect the 2 wires. Remove the switch and bingo.
