Painting the "S"

Has anyone with a C4S had the "S" on the rear painted? I would like to get mine painted red and was wondering what the best way was.

use dental floss in a sawing motion to remove the old one, new one will come with an adhesive backing, i would use painters tape to mark the exact location of the old one before you remove it, will make putting the new one on much easier

+1

You can also use a hair dryer/hot air gun on the old one to soften it up and make removal easier. Once it's off, use a cleaning wax to remove adhesive residue left by the old one.

I simply ordered a new red S. You never have to worry about scratching or peeling.

SoCal GT3 is infamous around these parts
+1 on red plasti-dip...this way you don't have to deal with removing and replacing. It is actually fairly durable
