Hey guys , I'm from PEI Canada and just traded my vette for a 2000 Porsche 911 carrera 4 . Loving the car but already found out that I'm going to need to drop the tranny to do the RMS as there is a leak. Not a huge issue but kinda pissed that the previous owner installed a new clutch and didn't do the other minor work while in there ! Oh well. Still love my 911. I'm sure ill catch heat for spraying my car with plasti dip but I'm wanting to go white and this was a fast cheap way to preview the final product without harming the silver factory paint. ii) Consider doing the IMS retrofit or solution while your dropping the tranny (if not already done).

Welcome. I hope you don't have a dark car or you'll need several coats of that stuff.

As for the RMS, previous owner could've had it replaced and have it still leak. This is not uncommon if it wasn't done carefully or with the correct tool. I've seen it happen often.
