Can anyone recommend one of the million different online traffic schools in NorCal? This is my second tour of traffic school and my first took hours (and hours). I have heard folks who said they found online courses that took less than an hour. I am taking traffic school to avoid having the points from the ticket going to the DMV and cranking up my insurance costs.

Venue: Placer Counter Superior Court (Northern CA)
Offense: Speeding (of course - 88 MPH)
Eligibility: Confirmed (first in past 18 months )

Not really a good back story here. Coming home from Tahoe with two cars. I was in front with every known device to help me avoid getting a ticket. My wife was behind me driving slowly (way behind me) but rolled down a hill too fast on the highway. The area is called "Gold Run" ... appropriately.

Recommendations appreciated.

 

I'm curious myself. Are there any reviews on Yelp? My traffic school years back took a long time. Is there a list of approved ones?

 

FWIW, most states require a minimum number of hours of "traffic school" instruction in order it to qualify for ticket dismissal. That was certainly the case with me many years ago in CA, and more recently with a family member in TX.

So, unless things have changed, take some NoDoz and do your school time.

 

Forget traffic school. Lawyer up and get it tossed of just pay fine.

 

I did this a few years back, really easy..took about 2 hours..
I believe it was called "fast easy cheap" or some combination of the 3.

my girlfriend got a ticket a few months later and I took it for her, took .5 hour as I knew all the answers

betterthan it being on your record when the insurance co. reviews it.

 

I wish we had traffic school here. No state tax in WA so LE are all about revenue generation like 27 in a 25.

 

It was easy, quick and simple. Will need to save this for the next time in 18 months.
