C4s engine swap now triptronic doesn't work

Hi guys. New here. Been working on a 2004 c4s trip. Pulled the engine to replace. Then found out it only needed the aos. So did the normal stuff. Put it back in and the trip won't shift. Locked in 4th. Flashing p and 4. Codes for all 3 shift solenoids and the converter. Clear codes come back immediately. Without even moving. Already pulled the plug by the shift linkage and checked pins. Any ideas? This was an auction car so I really don't know if it was working before. Just seems strange it happens that fast. Plus the nav doesn't work just in case that could be related.
Thanks!

So. Just in case anybody else has this problem. It just needed to be reset by Porsche. The engine was test run in the car without the trans to make sure it was any good. Even with the battery disconnected for a week the tcu didn't forget. Once reset it was fine.

Sorry. Never saw you asked. Honestly I have no idea. A friend who works at my local Porsche dealer did it for me. Isn't really pay attention as he went thru a lot while he was there for me.
