Near Bishop Ca. on the eastern side of the sierras. The run up 395 is AWESOME.

5 south to bakersfield then head east to 395, 395 up to Tahoe. Makes a great 3-4 day trip. We side tripped out to Death Valley where the roads are WIDE open and often not a car in sight. We were hitting close to 70 MPH in a couple of places (wink wink nudge nudge)

congrats, let the mods begin :-)

I have had my 996 for 10 months and still get so excited when I drive her. One of the first mods was the short shifter and the exhaust (cargraphic). Wow what a difference, its worth every cent!!!!!!! All the mods were done over a 3 to 4 month period. wheels, etc.......
