SHATTERED Rear quarter window removal and install!!! HELP!!!

So I was installing a roll cage in the rear of my 1999 996 and did not have the proper socket to remove the seats so.....I tried my hardest to fit it in with the seats still in....my impatience caused me to shatter my driver side rear quarter window. I've ordered a new one but is wondering if anyone had advice or step my step pictures of how to change it out. Also can I use my old window molding?

Thanks guys!!

I removed mine while doing my LS conversion, the hardest part was figuring out the seat belt shoulder harness slider, the rest is just removing the side interior. You can see some pictures on my conversion page to give you a little help maybe.
