Fabspeed exhaust, headers, intake?

Hey guys,

I'm looking at adding the the Fabspeed exhaust headers and cold air intake. Does anyone on this board have these items on their cars? If so how happy are you with the results? I'm shipping my car down to LA to have some body pieces added and am looking for some added GRUNT to balance out the exterior look.

Any and all opinions would be appreciated!

I would do the supercharger, but warranty issues concern me.

NickS is infamous around these parts
Go search on Rennlist but I remember reading that the headers don't do much and people complain about losing too much bottom end torque.

I plan on going with just an intake and exhaust.

Nick,

You're not the first to tell me this, thanks for the heads up!

I have all three. Muffler and headers from Fabspeed and intake from EVO. I wish I would have done a before and after dyno. Fabspeed has a dyno of the mufflers on their website and Evo has a dyno of the intake on their website. I feel there is real difference. Of course unconfirmed by a dyno. I've been told over and over to really feel the performance boost you have to change the chip. I'm thinking of getting the Upsolute chip for 500.00. I talked to them and they said they would program the chip with the intake, headers and mufflers in mind. I will dyno the car before I get the chip and after. They have a 30 day money back guarantee, so at least this time I'll know if there is a performance difference. No matter what, the car sure sounds a lot better.

Ken
