CV Boot Cone

It looks like I need to replace the outer CV joint boot on my C4S and I've found that some people use "cones" to put the boot on over the end of the CV joint in order to speed up the process. Has anyone used one of these to do this? If so, where did you get it? I've looked online and can't seem to find any sources in the US.
Thanks

Also... I've read that you need to torque the axle nut at something near 400lbs. Is that true? If so, do I need to get a special torque wrench for this (i.e. how critical is it that it be that high?)?

Thanks

I just tightened mine as tight as I could with a cheater bar. I believe it's supposed to be 240lbs. looking at how it works, I don't believe it's critical.
