Just went twin turbo

Hi guys I have a Porsche 996 and I put a 2871r twin turbo on it I had a problem with the shop that had done the job and now my rpms ate low so my car is running lean can anyone give me any advice on how to do that plz help me

My advice is to take it back to the shop. You paid them to do a job, not us. We can bench diagnose all we want until we're blue in the face but without knowing every single detail, it would be very difficult. They did the work, they should fix it.

Its likely a tuning issue. You should call up the shop that tuned the car. If not I would call only a handfull of people that would have enough know how to tune it properly (Todd Knighton w/ Protomotive, TPC Racing or Bisi w/ Bisimoto). There are alot of people well versed in the engine and even the tune but only a few know how to properly tune the 996 NA after it has been setup for forced Induction.

please share some photos of the turbo & wastegate setup and how you set up your intercoolers.
