not getting in 996

Question not getting in 996

i have been searching for a way to get in a 996 convertible
the car is standing here for steering pump replacement
and now the remote is in sleep mode
and here is the problem there is no key cylinder in the driver door
to open the door

2001 996 4s convertible

There is a manual release on the right side wheel well, just remove the side marker light, put a wire fish into the hole ( u can use a wire coat hanger as well) and pull the cable out to manually release the hood. This then sets off the alarm and re-activates the remote key

going to try the hood or trunk tomorow it's dark here 23u40 here in belgium

the car is open
to find the release cable for the trunk i had to remove the right headlight
with the trunk closed and wheel on the car because of the wheellock
i first set of the alarm with the engine lid hoping it activated the remote again
no luck had to undo the battery for a few seconds and the fob opend the car
