Jnguyen1976 is infamous around these parts
Radio Code
So my battery died and had it replaced.. Now my radio wants a code...
I was told to remove the radio and get the serial and call Porsche dealer..
Did that and my local Dealer wants 165 for the code..

Can anyone help with the code?
CR-210
model BE 2182
Serial W5011636

it's a cassette deck, so not worth it to pay stealership for the code..but want to keep the car all original

I believe if you join renntech.org you can get Loren to send you the code.

Yup that did the trick. Loren from Renntech decoded my serial and got me the code many thx to Loren

It is also a popular practice for the dealer to write the code on your hood sticker, it was on my last 996! GL, KH
