I was washing my car yesterday (2001 c2 coupe) and noticed that the spoiler wasn't sitting flush all the way around. I got in the car and tried to move the spoiler with the switch and only the drivers side wants to move while the passenger side is stuck.

The hinges look clean and the only thing I could guess would be the actuator. Anyone have any guesses? I am afraid to drive over 75 because I do not want to cause any damage to the wing.
