I am having a coolant leak from the plastic expansion tank. The tank was replaced about a year ago under an official TSB and still under warranty. Do you think Porsche will replace it again for free even though my warranty expired 3K miles ago?

Yes, if it is the tank. There have been a number of leaking caps also.
