How come I can't reply to posts?

I get a message saying my account has not been activated (perhaps because I changed my password). I sent two messages to the administrator already. Any suggestions?

No, but Oggie (on L.I.) has been able to reply to posts in the past.

Usually new members have to go through this process. This is the first case an existing member has to go through the 6speed "initiation"
