Any handling benefit with the Cf front strut brace on a 2002 996 C2?

is there any benefit or better handling installing the EVO CF front strut brace? I dont track the car but drive it really hard. Have the ROWM030 suspension just installed. thanks Ted

NOPE- there is a built in brace on the 996's this has been discussed ad nasium

I seem to remember the standard bars are the same bars as used in the GT3 cup cars.

Maybe. I just ordered one. The cars do have a lot of flex still. The Cup car has a much stronger front tub structure (GT3/C4 style), plus "additional material" at the suspension pickup points and some of the cross plates. Think of it this way... it can't hurt, but probably won't help if you are not on slicks with a race suspension.
