Question Sway bar upgrade...whats the best route?

Hey guys, I’m currently running the Row030 setup (limited to this due to road conditions so the Pss9s are not a reasonable option), and am thinking of upgrading to the GT3 sways, can anyone give me some comparison #s as to diameter of the 2...and % stiffer...i know that the GT3 sways are 26.7mm front and 20.8rear....but have no idea what the ROW ones are. Is the adjustability of the GT3 ones a huge advantage?

What are the H&R sways like? Is it a must to upgrade the end links too? which ones?
Just looking at my options...

The car is driven hard and occasionally tracked...

i'm interested in this info as well, as i'm in the market for sway bars too.

the gt3 bars are cheap, but the drop links are not. figure $400 for end links, or $700 for end links with the rear adjustable end links.

these are the only end links i have come across, not as badly priced as the ones you mentioned...http://www.karfiesta.com/index.php?cPath=22_31_29

but at the same time i have no idea what the stock GT3 ones look like
i really can't justify spending this muck on the end links, i'm into offroad fabrication and that sort of item is created all the time, prices sure seem steep....
any pics of the stock GT3 ones? and the adjustable ones mentioned, i realise that the front ones in the link i supplied are adjustable...
