will 996 turbo headers fit the 996 c4

The two engines are quite different and this includes the header bolt patterns. These are different.

If you want better exhaust flow for a 996 N/A engine there are easier ways to accomplish this. There are I dare say a number of aftermarket 996 header/exhaust manufacturers. Anyone of these should bolt right up to the 996 exhaust side of the head.
The Turbo heads are probably not usable on the 996. I'm thinking the differences in camshaft drive, VarioCam Plus (intake valve timing and low/high lift) control, water and oil passages, and of course bolt patterns would be show stoppers.
Also, while probably the least of your worries at least initially the Turbo heads (and pistons) only provide a 9.4:1 compression ratio (necessary to allow the engine to survive/thrive with up to 0.9 bar (at higher elevations) boost. The N/A engine has a compression ratio of a bit over 11:1. Part of the reason for the engine's good low end throttle response.

I dont think you realize that the 3.6 motor in the n/a 996 and the turbo motor in the 996tt are two completely different motor designs and share little other than their displacement.

Have a new set of offshore headers bought for my 996tt that don't fit. Found out too late to return.Would make a good set to cut and fit $125.00 shipped as they are no good to me.
