Voltage drop

Hi, again, I've just replaced the battery and noticed the voltage would start from ~13V when cold and after driving the car for a few minutes, it drops to ~12V and stays there, just very slightly after ~12V, the meter suggests 12.3v. The alternator was replaced new about 4 years ago with the 150a version.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would start with a off car alternator test by a real alternator shop, Or before that,, check the brushes and diodes,, its not too hard,, usually you can see the brushes with the alt off,, I've resurrected quite a few alternators with a 10 dollar set of brushes, or a new rectifier assembly.

Also check cable ends, they tend to corrode and build up resistance. starter/alternator cable in the engine bay is known to corrode at its ends.
