Has any one dealt with above dealer?

Has anyone seen the white 03 C4S in person?

I wanted to schedule a PPI but owner said he would only release to three shops. Is this common practice?

Could mean one of two things, they don't want to risk damage by an unknown shop or they have deals with the named shops to (ahem) control the ppi. White over gray is interesting....
