99 996 C2 Rear Axle Leaking
I just changed my tires the other day and I noticed one of my axles leaking on the passenger side. I'm just wondering if it's the whole axle or just an inner CV joint kit? You can see in the second pic, there is is oil on that part of the axle, where the hex bolts are. There are no clicking noises as other CV joints make, just leaking. It is a 1999 996 C2 Manual.

So, I have figured this out. It's my Inner CV Joint that has to be replaced. Easy fix.
