I have an 03 C4 Cab six speed that was driven 2 days ago without issue. As it was parked in the driveway the windows have all rolled themselves down. Additionally, the red light on the central locking is illuminated and the button does nothing. There are two red lights on the top of the dashboard next to the window that are also now illuminated. I think they are the alarm lights.
I tried to start and get nothing. The windows will not roll up. It is also raining..... help!?!?!

 

Issue has most likely been resolved by now, but may'be it could help someone else in the future. Sounds like the alarm/immobolizer control unit failed. It's under the driver's seat.
