aftermarket in-dash GPS/radio systems?
Stock Speakers w upgraded stereo?
Newport,
I'm crazy about your Kenwood Excelon DDX7015 upgrade. You said you did the install yourself but did not mention speakers. I've got the (upgraded?) Bose system in my 2000 996 Cab4 with the graphic equalizer type-thing. You know how Bose relies on low-power output... I'm concerned that the stock speakers may blow with an upgraded receiver. Did you keep them or replace them?
Gracias,
J

unplug the unit, remove the cubby hole, re route the wires, by moving them down, attach the $6 bezel from the dealer to fit in the new location, and you are done.....that is a simplified explanation but its pretty much self explanatory once you get in there, the hardest part is rerouting the wires because its a tight fit.
