Lateral drift at higher speeds?

Does anyone else feel that their car drifts at speeds over 100? I was driving a 540iS with alot of front end weight and stability so I'm figuring that it is just such a huge difference I need to get used to.

My 996's steering is so much more responsive, that might be an issue too. I do have the M030 euro springs, M030 tuned suspension, and GT3 body so I have dome pretty much everything I can do to solidify the car at 100+.

Maybe it is tire pressure. They suggest such high pressures that could add to the instability, however, I don't want to reduce tire life below the already ridiculous 12K I will probably get from the Pirelli P-Zerro Rossos I have on the car. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my 1st Gen GT3 kit. I am told it is due to the downforce being so great ant anything over 120mph
I have had mine to 172mph and it does feel squirly.
