18" OEM wheel weights

How can I tell the difference? I think they are solid. All I know is that when I took my Fikse wheels off and put these on for the winter I felt a big difference in weight and seat of my pants performance. My Fikse FM-5 18x10 wheel wieghts 22 lbs. I had to send one back for repair. Once it gets back I will be swapping and then can weight my OEM boat anchors.

It is possible that a 7#/wheel reduction can make a significant handling difference?
