030 is the sport suspension for the C2, and there are two variants, US and ROW (Rest Of the World). It is stiffer and I think lower by 20mm front and 10mm rear. Note, this is for the C2 only and not the C4S.

The C4S comes with a suspension which is lower than the normal C2 according to the literature. The other options for the C4S are the ROW C4S suspension (called C4 turbo look on Carnewal) and the new (I think not normally available in US) X73 option. The ROW suspension for the C4S lowers the car about 20mm front and 10mm rear according to Carnewal. The X73 is the "sport" version for the C4S and lowers the car even more... I think an additional 20mm front and rear for a total change of 40mm front and 30mm rear.

You are right on the money for the Euro M030 as far as what it does but the X73 lowers the car 20mm all around. It is also a much stiffer suspension than the Euro M030.
