I'm contemplating signing up for a DE, and want to know from others who have participated in them what insurance company you have. I am in Southern Cal and have my current insurance with AAA. Their policy exclusions state "any prearranged race or speed contest". I believe DE is not either, so, for just an DE event, I think I am covered. But, AX is probably considered a "speed contest" against time. Any lawyers out there who care to chime in?
