Hi everyone,

My car got CEL just last month. I've been checking all the possible cause for it. Now I narrow it down to either MAF or vacuum leak. It makes a whining sound when I'm on the gas, sounds much like a air leaking in the turbo car (but my car is NA). So I'm leaning towards vacuum leak.

But anyway, back into the topic. What is a good shop in San Diego area for checking out the CEL problem and can do a good fix? Also, reasonable pricing~

Call pioneer porsche and ask for Shaun Puno, tell him your a friend of Dr. Marsh and want "Moe" to look at it. He will generally DX it for free, and then tell you what your options are.

If you have lots of aftermarket stuff on there then I would go to mind over motor sports and ask for TIM and tell him the same as above.

Both have been my mechanics for years and know me very well. I am also their chiropractor. . .

Sounds like Dr. Paul has you fixed up, but I second Tim at MOM. Those guys are really pleasant to deal with, and are very proffessional.
