Ipod with Porsche Radio ?

I once saw on another forum a few people had there Ipod's directly plugged into the aux input of the cdr22 radio (99-02) in there 996's - anyone here have this or knows about it ?

The part comes with the keys to pull the radio, once the radio is out, you attach the wire and run it where ever you need it. You will need a 'Y' cable to goes from RCA to headphone jack (avail at Radio Shack). Once the radio is back in, you just have to set the radio to accept the AUX port instead of a CD changer...very simple takes less than 30 minutes...

too bad this doesnt work with the MOST systems!!!! I hope someone figures out how to make this work, without the FM modulator

Not sure there is a way, unless someone make a fiber optic connection...they really are bastards to installing most....
