When I saw the pics w/out reading your text immediately I said it's a no name brand selling on EBAY.
To my knowledge, this item was fabricated in Europe by a well-known co. But for the sake of it I forgot the name. I saw the video when they tested the header/exhaust syst. on a 996 C2. The exhaust sounds like GHL.

They are made by a company overseas called "Top Speed"... I bought a set just to inspect them and they are IMHO "JUNK!"
Not bad for those who are trying to be froogle and do a little moding here and there...definetly not for those hardcore performance guys.
Still bigger pipping than stock but not sure about performance gains.
