When do I need to change the coolant/anti-freeze?

The wife's '99 996 is in winter storage, so I don't have access to the owner's manual; hope that someone might know the answer. I checked Loren's 996 DIY maintenance schedules. There is no instruction on when the coolant needs to be changed - not in the 15k, 30k, or additional maintenance sections. Does the 996 come with "lifetime" coolant? If so, will it really last the life of the car, or should I change it anyway?

TIA,

--Dennis
