Leaves in front air scoops

Washed my Eleven today. I noticed huge amounts of leaves and even a cig butt trapped in front of and around the coolant radiators. Tried to get out as much as I could, but my arm would only fit in up to my elbow. I still managed to pull out a TON of leaves and my car has under 3000 miles! I was shocked at what came out and what is STILL in there.

I am suprised Porsche would design something like this. Any solutions out there? Anyone make a mesh kit for purchase that would fit my '03 front end?

TIA.

If you are a do it yourself type you can do what I did. I made an attachment for my blowgun from a piece of brakeline I purchased at the local auto store. I cut it to about 30 inches, and put it in to blow out all of the debris and the water that is trapped in the radiator, Works great.

it is a PITA!! I think installing a mesh helps reduce this significantly

I got my car from the east coast and while cleaning I found a HUGE amount of oak leaves and acorns etc. in there. I used my shop vac's extension to vac it all out. I was amazed at the amount of junk in there.
