is this serious? Something to do with the 5th cylinder. My car runs fine, nothing out of the normal.

Exclamation p1275

Sounds like an injector slightly out of tolerance and picked up by the idm,
in ohter words it's highly probable an injector is about to fail. Take with a grain of salt, i'm not a mech and i didn't stay at a holiday inn express last night!

P1275 is precat O2 sensor on bank 1. It's not responding quickly enough.

So its not that serious? or could expect something really bad to happen soon?

No problem. Typically indicates that the sensor is either contaminated or just old and is not able to use the full range of voltage. It may also just be a hicup and a onetime occurance. A scanner will show whether the activity of the sensor is running within the full range. A new sensor may be needed.
