Thx

Thx. Actually too many LEDs for my taste. I didn't have those headlights when deciding on the bumper; but they really make the 15 yo car younger. Gonna leave them on for a while.

Here is a photo with OEM lights.

Agreed on the factory lights looking better, the LED's look a bit like they came off a model car. But that's just me...never been keen on LED's.

That looks very aggressive, really refreshes the look of the car. Great job.
I recently hit a tire and did a partial upgrade.

What I really want is:
Blackout factory headlight housings and all reflectors, remove amber lens, disable fog lights and turn signals in headlights; use sole the fog lights and LED bars in the bumper. The LED bars are 997 GT3 OEM parts which function as DRL/blinkers/parking in one.

But first, gotta get my IMS bearing updated lol

The bumber is also a bit too low for my steep driveway. I'm considering hydraulic lift. $$$$$$$$

Hey all,

Wanted to share some pics of my 2004 996 C4S. I am in the process of upgrading parts to be more like the 997.

After doing some searching on here for headlight options I found a great, cheap alternative. I ordered some "Covers" on Ebay and then had them painted and mounted. Attached are the pics, stay tuned for the tail light LED upgrades and other options.

I am in the LA area so I am attaching the places where I have the work done. So far my experience with Pristine Auto on FairFax was phenomenal. The Owner is a Porsche lover and did my headlights for $100 even once I brought in the parts.

Before and Part from Ebay

Install Process

Complete and side by side with 997
