I used to park my new 01 C4 at Houston and Hudson in the Saatchi and Saatchi building - the best thing is establishing a relationship with the guys in the garage and they'll take care of you.
Do you know about the April 4th Palisades Porschefest - something like 70 cars are going... check this board for the details.

Hey Dac911,
I used to live in NYC but am now in DC - there are a lot of great things about DC. One of the best is that you can live (as I do) in a building with self-parking in the basement. Whenever it rains, snows, or you feel like it, go straight from your floor to the basement and jump in the car! Rentals/condos are about 1/2 Manhattan prices. Plus income tax & sales tax is much lower...
Of course, I get to drive to work every day (not really practical in NYC), so always arrive with a smile on my face...
