POC vs PCA?

I see there's something called the Porsche Owners Club (POC) and Porsche Club of America (PCA).

The PCA has a link off the PCNA website. What's the difference between these two?

For BMW, I joined the BMW CCA as it seemed to have a lot of benefits, not least of which was the member loyalty rebates up to $1500 on each new car.

Is the PCA the more "official" club?

Besides the discount you get on parts from the dealer, do dealers give a PCA discount on their maintenance charges?

POC is for someone interested in tracking their car. They do a lot of DE's and are serious about speed.

PCA is much more of a social group. Beyond the autocrosses, they do rallies, concours, charity work, happy hour, etc. PCA gets you Pano and other benefits

I track my car (HPDE's) all the time with various PCA regions. I have never heard of the POC till now.

Thanks
